About the role
As a Growth Marketer you will be
- Create and optimize Paid Advertising campaigns to achieve our goals and target CPA, ROAS, ROI etc..
- Create both organic and paid re-marketing campaigns in accordance with
our re-marketing strategy across the growth marketing funnel
- Analyze Data using our event analytics tools and to generate insights, and run relevant experiments
- Create English and French copy-writing content for organic and paid growth marketing efforts
- Create scripts to optimize work or automate tasks
- Create or/and edit templates in HTML/CSS
- Cross-functional collaboration with different team and stakeholders
- Document experiments, and keep everything documented and transparent
If all this sounds interesting, it’s necessary for you to have:
- Experience working within a fast-paced Paid and Organic Advertising environment (especially in B2B the field)
- Fluent in English and French, good copy-writing skills
- Recent exposure to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Email Marketing, Email Marketing Automation, Push Notification is essential
- Content Marketing / SEO related experience
- Demonstrable experience of managing Advertising campaigns within budgets
- Good Excel skills including experience with analyzing complex data sets using Excel
- Highly organized with a logical approach to managing work volume
- Proficient in Google Analytics, MixPanel, Amplitude and experience using 3rd party data insights together to have better insights
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment, and driven to get things done quickly
- Always motivated to learn new skills and work on different aspects related to growth marketing
- Usage of SQL with Data Studio, Zoho Report or similar tools
- SEO knowledge. Use Google Console insight to optimize content to achieve higher SERPs positions, and performance
- Usage of Google Tag Manager
- Usage of WordPress CMS
